    3. Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory or MVPI (The Inside of Personality)
   
MVPI measures motivational constructs based on 80 years of research.  MVPI assess personal drivers and fit with organizational culture.  The MVPI also provides insight regarding the type of work environment a manager will create for his or her direct reports and the type of environment in which an individual will be most productive.  MVPI:
