Our CEO

HO, Wan Leng is the Chief Executive Officer of Optimal Consulting Group Pte Ltd. Wan Leng brings with her more than two decades of educational, consultancy and corporate HR experience. She grounded her HR consulting experience with extensive business as well as operational responsibilities for two leading international consultancy firms. Thereafter, Wan Leng widened her scope with key regional and global roles in leading corporations - first as an Asia Pacific Regional Director with a Fortune 100 multinational organisation and then as a Global Vice President for a global shipping & logistics corporation.

She has led and managed regional as well as global HR operations, thus giving her breath and depth in various HR related issues, such as culture and workflow processes in many culturally-unique countries worldwide. Wan Leng brings both technical and business perspectives into her work.

Wan Leng is a Lominger Limited Inc. Associate and certified instructor of Lominger Suite of tools and Hogan Assessments System.

Wan Leng has served in advisory capacity to Chairman of Boards, Board members, CEOs and top HR professionals. She has vast experience and high level expertise in facilitating top management/leadership team alignment and strategic planning meeting.
Wan Leng develops impressive, bottom-line oriented results to organisations she consulted for or worked in. Her belief in mentoring users to gain independence in implementing the processes and systems she designed earned her the respect of top management in many leading organisations. She continued to be sought after to give advice on areas of management in organisation, talent, rewards, performance and e-HR. She has the capability to simplify systems, including workflow processes and turn them into web-based media.
