The Engaging Leader first understands what are his / her own key drivers, engagement and disengagement factors, preferred associates and unconscious biases.
Secondly, the Engaging Leader discovers strategies on how to engage team members with different key engagement and disengagement factors and occupational preferences.
Thirdly, the Engaging Leader learns to formulate strategies that create a high performing team by leveraging on their key engagement and disengagement factors and occupational preferences.

The MVPI Insight Report is for understanding the kinds of jobs and work environments people find congenial and will help them make better career decisions. It provides information in terms of 10 value dimensions; each dimension contains five subscales concerning Lifestyles, Beliefs, Occupational Preferences, Aversions, and Preferred Associates.
