Aspire to Lead (Aspiring Leaders) - 6 Focus Area
This workshop is designed to increase a leader’s evaluation of their strengths, motivational drivers, and development opportunities to optimise their effectiveness as they evolve or aspire into new managerial roles.
This workshop focuses on understanding two important assessment modules that yield a series of six leadership style behaviors and competencies described in the Hogan Leader Focus Report.
Participants will identify their leadership strengths and potential gaps and development areas that will enhance their leadership capabilities or leadership effectiveness.
