The Matrigma Interpretive Report begins with a short presentation of the concept of general mental ability (GMA) which predicts job performance. This non-verbal assessment measures one’s problem solving, logical ability and a flair for being able to spot logical connections. This report provides the hiring manager the candidates’ test score which can vary between 0 to 10.
The Matrigma Results Report is a narrative report that depicts the score ranges (low, average or high) that candidates have scored.
