HPI

Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) measures The Bright Side of Personality – qualities that describe how individuals relate to others when they are at their best. HPI is designed based on the Five-factor Model to assess normal personality which provides valuable insight on how people work, how they lead, and how successful they will be.


HDS

Hogan Development Survey (HDS) measures The Dark Side of Personality – qualities that emerge in times of stress and increased strained in environment. HDS assesses potential derailing behaviours which may disrupt relationships, damage reputations and impede chances of success. HDS provides strategic self-awareness and valuable insights of an individual for managing performance risks.


MVPI

Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), measures The Inside of Personality – individuals’ core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what they desire and strive to attain. MVPI predicts organisational fit and job satisfaction by evaluating the fit between an individual’s values and organisational culture.


HBRI 

Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI) is a business-related cognitive ability test that is designed to predict occupational success. HBRI assesses and identifies an individual’s reasoning and problem solving style, drawing conclusion on an individual’s ability to evaluate sets of data, make decisions, solve problems and avoid repeating past mistakes.
